Jammu & Kashmir Institute of Mathematical Sciences JKIMS Entrance Examination 2020.

This is for the information of candidates who have applied for the 5-Year Integrated Course in Mathematics at Jammu & Kashmir Institute of Mathematical Sciences (JKIMS), for the session 2020-21, that the entrance examination of the mentioned course would be held on 15/03/2020 at Amar Singh College, Srinagar (Block-i).

The concerned candidates are directed to report at JKIMS premises at 10:30 AM.

The examination would start at 11:30 AM sharp.

The admit cards are available at the office of the JKIMS and can be obtained till 14/03/2020 (4:00 PM).

JKBOPEE Admission Notification for Paramedical Courses (FMPHW & MMPHW) 2020.

Online Applications are invited from eligible and desirous candidates appearing in the Entrance Test for admission to Paramedical Courses for Female Multi Purposes Health Workers & Male Multi Purposes Health Workers (10th based) in Govt. / Private Paramedical Institutions for academic session 2020. The selection of the candidates shall be governed by the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002 and the Rules and Regulations issued there under vide SRO-168 of 2014 dated 10-06-2014; Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act, 2004 as amended vide J&K Re-organization Act, 2019 and the Rules there under as amended vide SRO-518 of 2019 dated 02-09-2019 and subject to further amendments, if any, by the Competent authority, from time to time and the guidelines/lnformation as contained in the Electronic Information Brochure-2020.

Important Information

1. Online Applications for Paramedical courses FMPHW & MMPHW (10th based) Entrance Test 2020.

2. Receipt of online application forms: w.e. f 19-03-2020.

3. Last date for filling the online application forms: 02-04-2020.

4. Fee Rs. 500 (Rupees five hundred only) to be paid online through National Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking.

5. Please download e-Information Brochure from BOPEE’s website(s) www.jkbopee.gov.in / www.jakbopee.org for all details including syllabus etc.

6. Helpdesk numbers: given in the Notification.

7. Date of Entrance Test: 26th April, 2020 (Evening Session).

8. The candidates, in their own interest, are advised to go through the Information Brochure before filling up of Online Application Forms. Board shall not be responsible for any act of omission or commission in filling up of the Online Application Form by the candidate. It shall be presumed that the candidate has gone through the information contained in the Information Brochure and has agreed to follow the conditions contained therein. No candidate can claim any alteration in conditions which have been incorporated in the Information Brochure and notified in advance.

9. The candidates are further advised to remain in touch with the BOPEE website(s) www.jkbopee.gov.in / www.jakbopee.org. The Board does not undertake any responsibility for any delay caused in publication of Notices/Notifications in the Print Media (newspapers) as delay, if any, in such publication(s) is not within the control of the Board, notwithstanding that the Board notifies the same on the official website(s) and for
publication simultaneously on the date of issue of the said notifications/notices etc. V. The examination mav be conducted offline.

Online Application forms:

The Application Forms have to be submitted online only through the BOPEE websites www.ikbopee.gov.in / www.iakbopee.org (through URLs/ links provided for this purpose) with effect from 19th March to 2nd April, 2020. The payment of Rupees 500/= (Rupees five hundred only) as fee is to be made also online through integrated Bill Desk Payment Gateway which can be used to make payment with any national Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking. The procedure for filing Application Form and eligibility etc. of the candidates has been given in detail in the e-Brochure. The applicants must necessarily, in their own interest, go through this e-Brochure before attempting to fill up the online Application Form.

The applicants can also contact the Help Desk of I.T. Section of BOPEE during office hours only on 0194-2437647 / 0194-2433590 / 0191-2479371 / 0191-2470102 and/or email-at helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com for any assistance/guidance in this regard on any working day within the prescribed last date.

The applicants are advised to fill the online Application Forms on their own or through a responsible person. The applicants can avail services at Common Service Centres of J&K State for filling up online Application Forms at nominal charges. They can also avail the services at any National Informatics Centre located at the office of the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned District or at BOPEE offices, Jammu/Srinagar.

Conduct of interview/viva-voce for the posts of Assistant Librarian, Fitter and Greaser It is notified for information of the shortlisted candidates who have appeared in written test for the post of Assistant Librarian, Fitter and Greaser on 14-11-2019, 30-11­2019 and 23-11-2019 respectively that their Interview/viva-voce shall be conducted as per the below mentioned schedule.

Mere figuring of name in the list does not entitle the candidate to appear in the Interview; however, it shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials/eligibility of the candidates.

In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility etc. proved at the time of Interview, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the Interview, or if any deficiency is found subsequently the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified.

No further Interview call letter shall be issued to any candidate whose name figures in the said list. The candidates are required to report to the office of the Administrative Officer SKIMS Medical College, Bemina one hour before the start of interview on the scheduled date.

Any candidate(s) not appearing in the interview on the scheduled date shall not be interviewed later.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. Admission to the above programmes shall be made on the basis of Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) to be conducted jointly by fifteen (15) participating Central Universities, 4 state Universities and National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (N1T-T) would be made on the basis of Central Universities Common Entrance lest (CUCET) at various centres located across the country
  2. CUCET-2020 provides facilities for apply ingto admission to these Universities by single examination process with nominal examination fees.
  3. Eligible candidates shall have to apply ONLINE through CUCET website www cucetexam in OFFLINE application will NOT be accepted
  4. Candidates who are appearing in the final examination of the qualify ing degree, wherever applicable are also eligible to apply. However, at the time of counselling/admission, such candidates shall have to produce the original marks heel /degree certificate, failing which their candidature shall not be considered for admissions.
  5. The selection of candidates shall be strictly based on the merit scored in the Entrance Examination and other criteria prescribed for the purpose by the University.
  6. Reservation for SC/STO BC/EWST WD candidates shall be as per Central Govt of India (GOI) norms only.
  7. It is to be noted that OBC category shall not belong to creamy layer and are required to submit the certificate in a Govt of India prescribed format.
  8. For the purpose of CUCET please note SC category means Schedule Caste only OBC does not mean RBA category
  9. Candidates who have qualified . IRE NEE’SET ‘GATEor any test and the in-service candidates ofCUK shall have toappearin the entrance test and make a presentation and appear in interview as per University norms.
  10. Central University of Kashmir has established test centres at Anantnag Baramulla. Srinagtr. Kargil and LEH District for the convenience of the candidates belonging to these areas Accordingly, the prospective candidates are advised to choose their test centre while submitting the CUCET application formas per their convenience.
