IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING SCREENING/WRITTEN TEST FOR THE POSTS OF INFORMATION SCIENTIST AND SYSTEM ANALYST

1. The test shall comprise of 100 MCQs and the candidates have to submit their response on the OMR sheets. The duration of the test will be two hours only.
2. Candidates have to produce their Admit cards at the time of the screening test.
3. Use of any electronic device like calculator, cell phone, blue tooth devices etc is strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall.
4. Candidates are advised to be seated in the Examination Centres ten minutes before the commencement of the test.
5. There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.
6. Candidates have to return the original OMR sheet to the invigilators at the end of the examination and they are not allowed to carry it with them outside the Examination Hall. The candidates are, however, allowed to carry original question booklets with them.
7. Candidates can only use Black/blue ball point pen.
8. Candidates are not allowed to put any identification mark on the OMR sheet. If such violation is discovered in any case his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
9. The candidates are advised to check the University website f www.cukashmir.ac.in~) for further updates about the posts.

Hiring of manpower under “End to End Computerization of TPDS Operation.”

Whereas, this office invited applications for hiring of man power for “End to End Computerization ” of TPDS Operation vide notification No. DFCS&CAK/N/l 7/822-23 dated 18-05-2017 Whereas, this office received (297) application forms from the aspirants of Srinagar district out of which (123) candidates were shortlisted as shown in Annexure-“A” to this notice.

Whereas, the merit list is hereby framed by calculating 60 points for class 12th and 20 points for computer diploma/degree on prorata basis.

In the backdrop of the above, if any applicant / aspirant feel that his/her weight age points has not been calculated and his/her name does not exist in the merit list and therefore have any objection in this regard, the said aspirants/applicant can approach office of the undersigned up to 26th of July 2017 during office hours with the documentary evidence. Applications arc invited from “Scheduled Tribe” ST students for Grant of Post-Matric Scholarship for the year 2017-18.

Fresh/Renewal applications on prescribed proforma are invited from SCHEDULED ST students for Grant of Post-Matric Scholarship under the Scheme ’Post-Matric Scholarship to ST students for the year 2017-18 whose Parents’Guardian’s Income does not exceed to Rs. 2,50,000/= Per Annum aid are pursuing their studies in different Government/Private Recognized Educational Institutions within and outside State of Jammu and Kashmir but within Country.

The application terms, duly recommended by the Head of the concerned Institution, should be accompanied with certilicates/documents mentioned hereunder) One passport Size photograph to be pasted on Application Icon duly attested by the Head ot the Institution
ii) Permanent Residence Certificate (State Subject).
m) Parentsi’Guardian’s Inoome Certificate (In Original from the Concerned Tehsikdar in case of students whose Parents / Guardians are non-Government Employees). In case of Government Employees. Salary Certificate issued by the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers is to be attached.

viii) In case of private Institutions, documentary preof of Recognition by Central / State Government/ UGC /State Board of Technical Educate /NIELIT (DCEACC)/ Statutory Professional Councils to be attached
ix) Affidavit by the student as per Specimen given in the application form.
x) Photocopy of Bank Pass-Bcck duly authenticated by the concerned Branch Manager
xi) Self-Attested copy cf Aadhaar Card if held
Mere filling of application forms will construe no right on the student that he will be granted Scholarship
a) Preference will be given to the Government Institutions.
b) Scholarship will be restneted to availability of lunds
c) The applicant shall also furnish his/her Bark Account (16 Digit Compulsory)
The Head of the Universities/Colleges/lnstitutions of Jammu/Kashmir shall submit the appicabon terms cf ST students through proper Channel to the Office cf Deputy Director Tribal Affairs Office Jammu/Kashmir at (52-IA. Green Avenue East Extension Trikuta Nagar Jammu) in case of Jammu Region, at Bakery Lane. KursooRajbagh. Srinagarin case of Kashmir Region (Including Leh & Kargil)respectively byor before 31-10-2017. The ST students belonging to Jammu/ Kashmir/Ladakh Division and pursuing their studies Out Side the State shall also submt their application forms, complete in all respects, through the Head of the concerned Institution to the Offices of Deputy Director Tribal Affairs concerned
Any tempering over-writing, in income certificate / documents, shall lead to rejection of application form. No application form(s) shall be entertained after expiry of the scheduled Date.
