Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Junior Assistant Test Scheduled on 18/03/2017
Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University – Rajouri
The “Computer Type-Test” held on 26/02/2017 for the post of Junior Assistant advertised vide BGSBU/Estab/15/480-499 dated 04/02/2015 is hereby cancelled and shall be held afresh on 18/03/2017 (Saturday) at 9:00am at School of Engineering & Technology BGSBU Rajouri.
Candidates whose name figures in the overall result of written test held on 19/02/2017 from SNo 1 (Marks 41) to SNo 69 (Marks 25) are required to appear for Computer type-test afresh on 18/03/2017 at the same venue from 9:00am onwards.
Candidates are required to carry with them copy of Call letter already issued to them to appear in the Screening Test along with valid ID proof. Interview of short-listed candidates after the type-test shall be held on 19/03/2017(Sunday) at 9:00am (Reporting Time) at the Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat BGSBU Rajouri.
No separate Call letter shall be issued and no
TA/DA shall be given to attend the type-test or the Interview.

Following candidates who had applied for the post of Special Education Teachers in the Noor Society, State implementing society for RMSA, J&K in response to Notification Edu/RMSA/Adm/02/2016,Dated:06/09/2016, Extended vide No. Edu/RMSA/Adm/16/7497-7549/2016, Dated: 25/09/2016, and No. Edu/RMSA/Adm/16/8056-81, Dated: 06/10/2016 are hereby intimated to attend the interview which shall be conducted on 3rd and 4th of March 2017, as per the schedule given below. The interview will be conducted at the Directorate of Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan J&K, first floor above Check-n-Care Narwal, By-Pass road (Opposite Gurduwara), Jammu, 180015. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES FOR PET/PMT
1. Your admission to the PET venue will be subject to production of the call letter/admit card. The candidates will be allowed to appear only at the centre, date and time allotted to him/her. No request for changing the date time or centre of PET will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. You should be present at the PET Venue at least 30 minutes before the reporting time of the Test. Candidate/s reporting late shall not be permitted
for PET.
3. No repeat/ second change relaxation in standard for PET will be given under any circumstances. Similarly there will be no re-adjustment of Venue or date.
4. J&K Police Recruitment Board will not be liable / responsible for any loss/injury/damage, whether direct or consequential, suffered by any candidate during PET. Candidate are advised in their own interests that they must be physically and otherwise fit to undertake the PET and observe due care to avoid injury/damage loss to either themselves or otherwise during the process of PET.
5. There are no regulations for dress/shoes etc. for PET Candidates are advised to wear dress/shoes etc. which they find most comfortable for the PET.
6. Candidates are required to make their own arrangement for Traveliing/Boarding/Lodging/ Belongings i.e. Mobile & Bags. Use of Mobile phone during Pet is strictly prohibited. No claim for TA/DA to attend tests is permissible to any category in any condition.
7. The call letter/admit card is only a permission to appear for the Pet. Issue of the admit card is in no way indicative that J&K PRB is otherwise satisfied with details and documents of candidate and does not give any claim to the candidate to any appointment whatsoever in J&K Police.
8. The decision of the J&K PRB or officer nominated on behalf of J&K PRB with regard to any issue concerning PET shall be final and binding.
9. The Candidates are advised to bring with them all the original documents on the date of PET.
